Description:
Environmental High and Low Temperature Thermal Shock Test Chamber adpots low temperature and high temperature accumulation slot,after open damper, it will take hot and cold temperature in stored groove import test slots so as to achieve rapid temperature concussion effect,with balance temperature control system (BTC) , special design of air circulation system, the way to control SSR in P.I.D.make the system add heat is equal to the quantity of heat loss.
Air Conditioning System
1, the air control: forced ventilation circulation, balance thermostat method (BTC). This method not only refers to the case of the cooling system for continuous operation, the control system according to the temperature set point of the heater to control the output of the results by automatically calculating PID output, and ultimately achieve a dynamic equilibrium.
2, air circulating means: built between the air circulation fan duct and the long axis of stainless steel, the use of energy efficient refrigerators and regulation system, by effective and efficient heat exchange ventilator, to achieve the purpose of the temperature change. Shock Chamber Works As Follows:
1, low temperature storage tanks: tank temperature is determined by the state of the duct heater, evaporator and the working status of the fan. After the expansion valve throttling the refrigerant flowing into the evaporator in the working chamber, the working chamber of heat absorption and gasification, to reduce the temperature of working chamber; gasified refrigerant is sucked and compressed to a high temperature, high pressure gas into the condenser compressor It is condensed into liquid, and then the screening program, and finally through the expansion valve is throttled after re-entering the working chamber and the evaporator absorbs heat and gasify and then compressed by the compressor suction.
2, high-temperature storage tanks: a central controller temperature sensing signal from the detection instant, and the set temperature signal is compared, the comparison signal obtained by the instrument PID logic circuit output signal to control the solid state relay is turned off or adjusting the heating time ratio output power level, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control.
3, temperature shock test chamber: the meter automatically controlled high temperature valves, low or high temperatures between the storage chamber switched respectively to form a closed air circulation system and low temperature box or boxes, quickly reached the target temperature tests.
Notes
1. If the high-temp exposure range lower limit + 60°C is required or the low temp exposure range lower limit -60°C, please select the “ambient-temperature exposure” option
2. If the temp fluctuation need to below ±1.8°C please select the “Low temp fluctuation package”
3. Temperature heat-up/pull down time are applicable only during independent chamber operation
4. If the automatically operated sliding door required, please select the “Automatically door package”
5. Air-cooled condenser / Water-cooled condenser both available

Daily Maintenance
1. Thermal Shock me a long shutdown is not used regularly every half power, power time is not less than one hour, and related spare parts and testing equipment is functioning properly.
2. Hot and cold shock box should be cleaned regularly evaporator: cleanliness levels because the test is different, in the forced air circulation effect, will gather a lot of dust particles and other small objects on the evaporator should be cleaned regularly.
3. The low-temperature chamber circulation fan, condenser fan and clean balance correction: cleaning and evaporator is similar because of different working environment chamber, circulating fan, will gather a lot of dust on the condenser fans, and other small particles objects should regular cleaning.
4.
