Application:

Theory of Tensile Strength Testing Machine:
Place the sample between the upper and lower fixture,use a given speed to pull the upper fixture upward, and the upper load cell with sensor to check tensile strength and convert the strength into voltage sign and output to the display screen. And the strength value will be displayed automatically on the computer.

Software:
The TM2101 measurement and control system is designed purposely for microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine, microcomputer controlled universal hydraulic testing machine and microcomputer controlled compress testing machine, used for the test of tension, compress, bend, shear, tearing and peel. With the personal computer and interface plate, it could collect, save, process and print test result. Further it can calculate multiple parameters, i.e. maximum force, yield strength, average peel force, maximum deformation, yielding point and elastic modulus; this system is featured in curve process, multi-sensor support, image interface, flexible data process and powerful system function.

Maintenance Is Divided Into Three Areas:
The Host Maintenance, Oil Source Control System Maintenance And Maintenance
Host Maintenance:
1, the machine should be coated with anti-rust oil jig custody;
2, since the jaw hydraulic universal testing machine is often used, easy to wear, when the scale too much, easily lead to damage to the small piston oil spills, so jaw Department should be cleaned regularly to keep clean (preferably after every test done for cleaning );
3, the sliding surface inlay plate and liner contact surface of the dovetail groove on the liner should be kept clean, regularly coated with a thin layer of MoS2 (molybdenum disulfide) grease;
4, periodically check the jaw parts of the screw, if found loose, tighten timely;
5, regularly check the drive sprocket situation, if there is loose, re-set the tensioner tension;
Oil Source Maintenance:
1, periodically check the host and the oil spill at the source has a place, if there is leakage, seal rings should be replaced, or a combination pad;
2, according to the time and the use of the machine oil, regular replacement of filters and suction filter, replace the hydraulic oil.
3, a long time do not do the test, pay attention off the mains. If the machine is in standby mode, the switch should hit the "load" file, because if the switch is on "rewind" position, solenoid valve has been energized, it will affect the life of the device.
Control System Maintenance:
1, regular inspection panel after the controller cable is good contact, if loose, should be tightened;
2, after the test if a longer period of time without the machine, turn off the controller and the computer;
3, interface correspondence, inserted in the wrong connector may cause damage to the device controller;
4, plug the controller interface controller power must be turned off.
