Thermal Shock Test Machine is divided into high temperature area, low temperature area and test area three parts, each area is a unique insulation structure, so doing hot and cold impact test. High-temperature impact test or low-temperature impact test, the maximum time is up to 9999 minutes, the most cycle time is up to 9999 times. The machine can be automatically or manually cycle the impact or selectively set the two areas or three areas to impact of hot and cold. It used binary cooling system that is very effectiveness for cooling, the cooling system is divided into the air-cooled and water-cooled. It also can be connected with a computer, but the record instrument is only for optional purchase. Color LCD touch-control operation interface with Chinese and English, easy to operate.

Air Conditioning System
·  the air control: forced ventilation circulation, balance thermostat method (BTC). Daily Maintenance
· hot and cold shock me a long shutdown is not used regularly every half power, power time is not less than one hour, and related spare parts and testing equipment is functioning properly.


· hot and cold shock boxes should be cleaned regularly evaporator: cleanliness levels because the test is different, in the forced air circulation effect, will gather a lot of dust particles and other small objects on the evaporator should be cleaned regularly.

· low-temperature chamber circulation fan, condenser fan and clean balance correction: cleaning and evaporator is similar because of different working environment chamber, circulating fan, will gather a lot of dust and other small particles on the object condenser fan should regular cleaning.

· hot and cold shock box device To move preferably at Paddy ASHDOWN Lai instrumentation technician guidance, in order to avoid damage to the equipment, such as customer self relocation, must have a professional electrician before turning on power to confirm correct operation of the circuit, or will burned equipment related components.
