This equipment is used for weight detection, upper and lower limit judgment, or weight grading and sorting in various automated production lines and logistics conveying systems; it is widely used in online weight detection in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, toys, hardware, and daily chemicals.

Products are fed from the upstream conveyor belt via the guide belt, where they are arranged into evenly spaced sections before entering the weighing belt. When a product passes the photoelectric sensor at the front end of the weighing belt, it triggers the weight detection machine to begin weighing. As the product passes through the weighing belt, the weight sensor completes the weighing and displays the data in real time on the operating interface.

The microcomputer compares the measured data with preset benchmark values and upper and lower limits to determine whether the product is genuine, overweight, or underweight.

Finally, products that do not meet the weight requirements are automatically rejected by the sorting mechanism.
