Today, I will share with you the precautions for the daily use of the environmental test chamber and the measures to prevent heatstroke and cool down the equipment in high temperature weather

1. Power-on inspection

1. Before powering on the equipment, check the overall power supply status to ensure that it meets the equipment requirements. Then turn on the power of the equipment in sequence (master switch-emergency stop switch-power button).

2. Before starting the water-cooled equipment, turn on the circulating water switch to ensure that the cooling water supply is normal, and then turn on the power to avoid causing the equipment to alarm.

3. Before running the environmental test box equipment, please power on the equipment and preheat it for two hours, so as to avoid poor lubrication and damage to the compressor due to long-term shutdown in low temperature environment and freezing oil deposition!

4. Before doing the humidity test, first check whether there is water in the water tank, whether the pure water switch is turned on, and then check whether the water level in the humidifying barrel reaches the specified height. If the water level in the humidification barrel is too low, the anti-dry alarm will be triggered or the humidification electric heater will be damaged during humidification.

5. Check the humidity cotton cloth before running the humidity. If yellowing, dirt and hardening are found, replace the humidity cotton cloth before running the machine.

6. There are test holes on both sides of the box, which can be connected to the test circuit in the box. Before operation, check whether the test holes are plugged tightly.
