With growing public awareness of formaldehyde's health hazards, this colorless yet potentially hazardous gas has garnered significant attention. On October 27, 2017, the World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) classified formaldehyde as a Group 1 carcinogen. Subsequently, on July 23, 2019, it was included in China's inaugural List of Toxic and Hazardous Water Pollutants. In response to these recognized risks, the market has seen the emergence of various instruments designed to measure formaldehyde emissions in household products.
Box volume:1m³
Formaldehyde background concentration:≤0.006mg/m³
Usage: The standard size of the sample is placed in a test chamber that can accurately control the temperature, humidity, air flow rate and air displacement rate. Formaldehyde is released from the sample and mixed with the air in the chamber. The absorbed formaldehyde concentration is determined by periodically pumping the air in the chamber and passing it through a wash cylinder filled with water. According to the concentration of formaldehyde in the cylinder and the volume of air extracted, the concentration of formaldehyde in the air in the test chamber can be calculated (unit: mg/m³). The sampling cycle continues until the concentration of formaldehyde in the test chamber reaches an equilibrium state.
Testing institutions in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Tianjin and Shandong in China have purchased such equipment, and through the long-term operation test of customers, the equipment has stable operation, reliable performance and perfect experience!
