When I went to teach the customer to debug the spring fatigue life tester, I found that the customer hadn't operated it for a long time and forgot how to use the instrument. The instrument is very simple and convenient in use. Why does it still appear to be unusable? After checking the manual carefully, I found that there are several points that are not specifically noted in the manual, which causes the user to be unable to use it normally.
Use note:
1. When performing the stroke test, first set the pre-pressure value, the pre-pressure value setting range is 0.5~2.0kg, press SET twice to enter the pre-pressure setting.
2. When testing the force value, set the force value and press the SET button to enter the force value setting.
3. When testing the sponge indentation hardness, the height of the pressure plate should be accurate. The height of the pressure plate refers to the distance between the lower surface of the pressure plate and the test platform (the distance between the lower surface of the pressure plate and the lower surface of the sample)
As long as you pay attention to these three points, our users only need to place the test sample, select the test method, and press the start button to operate normally.
